A message to our valued clients and business associates:
At Rabinowitz & Rabinowitz, P.C., the health, safety and overall well being of our clients, business associates and the DFW community as a whole is of the utmost importance to us. Given the increasing concern surrounding the recent pandemic of COVID-19, otherwise known as the novel Coronavirus, these are uncertain and unsettling times.
We wanted to take a moment to provide you with an update concerning what Rabinowitz & Rabinowitz, P.C. is doing to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus and how we are continuing to serve our clients. We understand our obligation to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and want to assure you that we will honor all health advisories and mandates while maintaining normal business operations.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to work remotely. In light of our remote access to all Firm resources, we will remain open on a remote basis for client contact during our normal business hours Monday through Friday. While we unfortunately cannot meet in person during the crisis, we will still be able to serve you through email, telephone conversations, regular mail and video conferencing using Skype. Through our use of this remote access system, we will be able to provide the exceptional level of service and personal representation that you have grown accustomed to while at the same time helping to keep the community as safe as possible from the spread of COVID-19.
We will even be able to initiate new client relationships by scheduling video conference consultations using Skype. To set up an initial consultation using Skype, please contact us at (972) 233-6200 or (888) 838-9598. We welcome your questions and look forward to being of assistance to you.
Rabinowitz & Rabinowitz, P.C. remains committed to serving clients and to furthering our clients’ interests at every opportunity. Rest assured, our operation has not been interrupted. Phone calls to our office will be accessed and answered remotely by attorneys. Documents will be handled electronically whenever possible. We will continue to check our mail daily, and will contact you if the need arises. For those who need to drop a document off at our offices, please contact us in advance to confirm that there will be a person available to accept the document. In short, although we will not be in the office, we remain dedicated to fulfilling your needs during this unprecedented time.
At Rabinowitz & Rabinowitz, P.C., we understand that your legal needs continue and are very important even during this crisis, and we are committed to providing you with a high level of personal representation. We are taking these steps to protect you, our Firm, and the community as a whole. Thank you for your continued cooperation and support.
