I have heard that I can be exempt from the U.S. civics test if I have a disability? Is that true?

The English language requirement and the U.S. civics and history requirement for naturalization may not apply to an applicant for naturalization who has a medically determined physical or mental impairment that already has or is expected to last 12 months or longer.
