Stewart Rabinowitz
Stewart Rabinowitz is the founder and President of the Firm. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Long Island University in 1968, and a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University in 1973. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University in 1979, and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in the same year.
Stewart Rabinowitz practices United States immigration and nationality law, and is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has also served as a member of the Immigration Examinations Committee of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization from 2002 to 2007. Stewart Rabinowitz is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and has served as the Dallas-Fort Worth Section AILA Liaison to the Dallas District Office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) from 1998-2001, and as the Dallas-Fort Worth Section Coordinator from 1994-1996.

Barbara W. Rabinowitz is Vice President of the Firm. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Politics from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1985. Barbara W. Rabinowitz received her Juris Doctor degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley in 1988. She was a member of the editorial staff of Ecology Law Quarterly at Boalt Hall from 1985 until 1988, and served in the capacity of Notes and Comments Editor of Ecology Law Quarterly from 1987-1988. Barbara W. Rabinowitz was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1988.

Barbara W. Rabinowitz is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and was a Member of the State Bar of Texas Committee on Laws Relating to Immigration & Nationality, for which she served as Secretary and later as Vice Chair. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and she served as Dallas-Fort Worth Section AILA Liaison to the Dallas District Office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) from June 1991 until June 1993. From June 1993 until June 1994, she served as Secretary of the Texas Chapter of AILA, and as Co-Chair of AILA’s National INS Southern Region Liaison Committee. Barbara W. Rabinowitz served as Treasurer of the Texas Chapter of AILA from June 1994 until June 1995. She has been a frequent conference speaker and writer regarding various immigration and nationality law topics.
